Delivery
We currently use Royal Mail for all mainland UK deliveries which is completely free! There is an option to upgrade in the checkout to a faster expedited 24hr delivery at an extra fee in the UK if required.  

 
All international deliveries are chargeable and calculated at checkout, they are packaged securely and sent fully insured for added peace of mind. 

 
Goods paid for by 2pm on any working day will be dispatched the same working day. Please note this does not apply during holiday periods and if you place your order over a weekend it will not be dispatched until the Monday.

 
24hr deliveries dispatched on a Friday are not always guaranteed to arrive until the Monday. Please wait 7 days before contacting us if the item has not arrived.

 

Returns

We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item; please contact us and we'll be happy to help.


Please Note:- Cancellations / Returns will only be accepted if received within 14 days of the customer receiving the goods. 
For hygiene reasons the cellophane will still need to be on the racket handle with no sign of usage on the racket. Additionally none of the brands give any warranty on string breakage as this is an unquantifiable problem.  
On receipt of the returned item and its satisfactory inspection, refunds will be issued usually within 3 business days.

Please note that we are not responsible for refunding your postage charge should the item be returned due to the fact it is not to your personal liking upon arrival with you,in this situation the return postage cost is the buyer's responsibility.

Where an item has been returned and is clearly faulty we will of course refund postage charges in full.
 
Warranty:
We warranty and represent that the goods are as described in the above listing. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Please note due to the nature of the sport many rackets are covered by a 2 month warranty.
 
Racket strings - Please note that none of the racket manufacturers will guarantee racket strings therefore we are unable to accept returns due to string breakage. If you would like to upgrade your racket strings please contact us before placing your order.
