Delivery

We currently use Royal Mail for all mainland UK deliveries which is completely free and we use a next day tracked service.
All international deliveries are chargeable and calculated at checkout, they are packaged securely and sent fully insured for added peace of mind. 

Goods paid for by 2pm on any working day will be dispatched the same working day. Please note this does not apply during holiday periods and if you place your order over a weekend it will not be dispatched until the Monday.

 

Returns

We pride ourselves on our customer service. In the rare event that you have a problem with your item; please contact us and we'll be happy to help.

Please Note:- Returns will only be accepted if received within 30 days of the customer receiving the goods. 
Please be advised we can only accept items returned in their original condition and packaging; items must be unused and in a resalable condition
On receipt of the returned item and its satisfactory inspection, refunds will be issued usually within 3 business days.
If an item is returned and is clearly faulty we will of course refund postage charges in full.

Unwanted Items

Please return any unwanted items within 30 days of receiving your order. You are required to pay any return shipping costs. You can opt to make courier arrangements to return yourself, although we do recommend following our instructions below. You will not be credited for the outgoing delivery charge only the item charge. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by our distribution centre.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange any items (change of size/colour/product) within 30 days of receiving your order, please complete the returns form and send the products back to us for a full refund. Please reorder your required items to ensure you receive your required items promptly. We can only accept items returned in the original condition (with original packaging). Please remember the product remains yours until successfully received by us.

Faulty or Incorrect item delivered

 If a faulty item is delivered, or you receive an incorrect item, you will be offered a replacement. If this is not satisfactory, a full refund will be offered and you will be required to contact us to return the item. Faulty items must be returned within 30 days if a refund is to be issued. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Unfortunately, if you arrange to return an item yourself, we will not be able to claim a refund for the cost of shipping.

We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchant-ability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Customers should satisfy themselves that any item choice made is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Please note due to the nature of the sport many rackets are covered by a 2 month warranty.
